Bricked usually means dead, this modem is not dead if it is powered up and lights on, logged into the UI and have a look at the diagnostic page to see what info is there or better yet if it will give you a port demsg it and you will be able to see whats going on with it, I have full firmware for it but from the looks of it you do not need it, also u can try the hard reset however if you have ports enabled the reset will put it back to end user mode and the ports will be gone.

yes its that model alot this model on the market and from other carrier usa but this have problem hardware i think i try to flash he failed.
