EM7565 and my Linksys WRT1900ACS

Post by frizzanz »

Greetings,
I just purchased a new EM7565 earlier this week along with a USB 3 enclosure. I installed it and went about adding it to my current router, a Linksys WRT1900ACS running the most recent GoldenOrb. My router seems unable to communicate with the new device and I'm unsure what to do. I'm swapping a known working sim from my current EM7411 modem. I'm including some screenshots from my experience to better assist.

I'm unsure what to do know and would appreciate some guidance. It would appear to me that the modem isn't working, however I'm no SME on this device so I'm hoping someone can shed some light.

I've also tried to view/update the modem via Skylight and the app on my laptop doesn't detect a modem. Thoughts?

The router sees it, its just using the wrong ports to communicate. Set custom modem ports under Modem menu.
