Re: Cradlepoint CBA850 with EM7411
Hey there!
Post a pic of your full setup and how its plugged together, if you don't mind.
Also, you may want to make sure you have the absolute latest free version installed. Version 7.0.70
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ZlAv3P ... sp=sharing
Most people get it with 7.0.50
So when you plug it in, wait a few, under connections it doesn't show the modem at all? Does the LED on the adapter light up? I'm assuming your using the The Wireless Haven USB3 adapter?

I am not getting any light on the cradle point. I have tried both USB ports. It does not come up under connections at all.

Make sure you have the Sierra Wireless drivers installed on your PC: https://drive.google.com/file/d/14dyPzv ... sp=sharing
Then reboot your PC. Once fully booted, plug the USB enclosure into the PC and wait about 5 mins to ensure everything loads for the mode, then look at your device manager and see if the modem shows up there.
Need to separate whether its the router or the modem.

That may be it.
Download the Huawei modem terminal and run it to see if that app picks it up.

When Huawei terminal loads up (you may have to hot "OK" on a few pop up windows, click the down arrow, up near the top of the app, next to the "connect" button.
If the pc has loaded it, you should see "Sierra Wireless....." Listed a few times. AT port, DM poet, WWAN modem, etc

That was after installing the Modem drivers, and rebooting your PC?
