I have tmobile home isp and it can't keep up
ATT worked well but got killed off.
Is there a way to run my Nighthawk on ATT using dc unlocked and an ipad imei number?
Or should I do a tablet and easy tether ?
A phone with easy tether?
I'd really like to stay prepaid if possible.
I'm fairly rural and ATT is the only option that worked.
ATT is the only option

Tmo Cant keep up? in what way?
Do you have low signal? I know the Tmo home unit is on the bottom of the priority list on all towers. so if your tower is congested the tmo home will get dropped to the slowtown.

Re: ATT is the only option
People have been testing sorcery on the Tmo home SIM card and other devices.
Re: ATT is the only option
So I have 4 of 5 bars on the T Mobile setup, but I'm 9 miles from their tower and their bandwidth is severely throttled due to congestion. My avg speeds are 2-5 mb the highest I was able to get was 15. But without the ability to add external antennas I'm stuck having to set it on a shelf near a window. T mobile was great trying to test and resolve issues but finally said it's just not happening we are sorry.
I'd happily stick the sim in an nighthawk and slap on some external antennas and edit in the TMO. Bands but my concern is that they'll just see the IMEI of the nighthawk and kill it off.
ATT was great 100-110 down tower a mile and half away.
But ipad got killed, and I tried resellers charging way too much for it that also got killed. It really was our only good option. It's hardly possible for two kids to do their virtual school and us do things for work on a 2 mb connection.
