What modem are you using? What device are you running in? What commands are you trying to use?

Carrier aggregation is not easily controlled, as each cell towers management and setup determines the aggregation capability. Your modem generally chooses a anchor band and that determines which bands it can aggregate with.

Hi, I am from Philippines and my modem manufacturer is the Shanghai Boosteven. In here its name is PLDT CAT6 model R281. Im using the huawei modem terminal. Some AT commands works but some are not, this model is 2CA and ive already tried to lock my band at 3 and CA at 28. Band 3/28, but most of the time i lost connection and when i check may CA status it becames 3/xx. Maybe if I can lock the second band it becames stable. My command that works in my band locking is AT*CELL=1,3,3,1350.......1=band lock,3=lte only,3=band,1350=EARFCN but this commands only locks the primary band. Some commands works like +cops,+csq and in checking the CA its command is AT+ZCAINFO?. Thank for your concer.

To be honest I've never used that modem module. I wonder if you can get the AT commands manual from the manufacturer?

Hi, as Ive explore my modem, ive come to know its AT commands but does NOT understand some of it.
But i think one of the commands that could solve my CARRIER AGGREGATION problem is the command below but i dont know what to fill in,such as those LTE BAND ENABLE,QW BAND ENABLE, LTE BAND MASK, GW BAND MASK,
Hope you can help guys. Maybe we have different modem but maybe those words sounds familliar to you.
AT+ZNLOCKBAND=<lte_band_enable>, <gw_band_enable>, <lte_band_mask>, <gw_band_mask>
