I have a few Asus routers set up in a configuration that I like, and I had a Netgear LB1120 with an AT&T plan. I no longer have that plan and am using Verizon/Visible instead. But the problem is I only have band 13 at my house.
I'm looking for a simple model that works with band 13. I don't need wifi, or any router features.

You have a few options...
I BELIEVE the LB1120 is capable of band 13 but that assumes its not locked to att. If it is locked you could try and get it unlocked via like an ebay unlock code.
If you dont wanna mess with all that then the cheapest modem I can think of that I would actually use would be the EC-25. You can throw that into a usb enclosure and hook it to your Asus. Now mind you I have no idea is the asus will play well with this modem. The better choice would be to just get something like a nexq6go or an 826 rouuter with the above modem.
Kuwfi sells these pre-configured and I think The Wireless Haven does as well
