Auto reboot in WiFiX

Hello
Seen terryjet saying he used this. Question, is there avantage to using this if you internet generally stays connected? Does it keep your signal fresher to remit it every day? Or if it stays connected best to leave it without reboots?

I never really saw a need to reset my link unless I encountered errors
