usb tethering and not use hotspot Data

Is there an App or way to usb tether my Galaxy s20 to a router and only use phone data and not hotspot data, ? My plan has 30 gigs of hotspot data and then gets turned off phone data is unlimited but deprioritize after 100 gigs, I need to bypass the hotspot data in tethering mode, My goal is to use the phone as a modem and router as a wifi broadcasters in the home. Is there a way to do this or a better way ?

Ok thanks, looks like I need to change the firmware to GoldenOrb and not use the stock firmware would this be Correct? It's a GL-AR750 router

I'm super new to all this, but I've been helped by the community so if I can I'll do the same.

I have not used this firmware version or that router so use at your own risk, you may be able to find something newer here:

There's probably a specific process to flash to the GO firmware onto your router, you may want to look into that before just pushing the image.
