LT500 - Latest Firmware?

Noticed that CUDY has some updated firmware out for the LT500... Wondering if anyone has taken it for a spin yet?

Also, theres a mention of LT500 V1 and V2. How does one tell which device they have?

LT500 (Visible) - WAN Mode for Starlink Failover

Starlink was finally released in my area, and after quite a long time on the waitlist, I got my hands on one. Any other Starlink users in the house?

Download speeds are fantastic (100-200 down), and when it works, it works great. It's very sensitive to obstructions in the northern sky, so I put it ...

might be worth mentioning one of the resident GURUS, like Didneywhorl .

to be honest, I've never more than 15mbps consistently. i'd be interested in figuring that out, but its not high up on the to-do list these days... since my connection "just works" for now, I'm hesitant to mess with a good ...

Lots of LT500 Action, but Little Else

Poking around on the Cudy website this evening, and there are some pretty slick, pretty seemingly powerful LTE routers out there; I've gotta believe these are a step-up from the humble workhorse, that is the LT500... anyone have any experience with the AX1800, in particular?

Re: LT500 - Periodic Timeouts After Some Use?

Alright, you've convinced me, I'm taking the dive. Thank you!

Looking at the changelog, and I'm seeing a specific reference to Visible in there; can anyone elaborate what issues they're referring to? Issue #3 sounds like the exact problem I was having.

Re: LT500 - Periodic Timeouts After Some Use?

Hmm, thats a good thought on the firmware, as I'm currently running; 1.8.8-20210531-131411

How are you staying up to date with the firmware releases? Does CUDY have a firmware updates page I could check periodically?

Feeling a little gun-shy on updating, based on your mention of the latest not ...

Re: Cudy LT500 wont connect to Visible

Did you first activate your visible SIM in a phone before inserting into your router? That was an early key for me in getting it up and running.

LT500 - Periodic Timeouts After Some Use?

Hey All, running a Cudy LT500 on Visible as my SP.

I've noticed that periodically, I'll lose internet connectivity, and before I try a reboot of the device itself, I'll log into the router admin page http://192.168.10.1/ and often times something as simple as that, will kickstart the connection ...

I did. I've gotten it up and running with some help from Mich at The Wireless Haven, thanks Mich!

Re: Noob - lt500 with visible

Hello, I'm trying to get my lt500 working with visible, I put in the sim but when I try connect it after setting up the APN settings to Verizon or visible it just stays stuck on "connecting". I'm not sure where to go from here, and im not sure if it's the TTL settings or how to change them.

Re: Which WExxx works on Verizon

Interesting. So just so I'm clear on this, I'll activate the SIM using a different IMEI from the one that exists on my WExxx. Once service has been established, pop the sim into the back of the WExxx and hope for the best?

Re: Which WExxx works on Verizon

The modem inside is the key, and Verizon will not allow most any of them on the network directly. You may be better off using Visible. The modem can be used on Verizon networks, but in a trick hack kind of way. I guarantee you the modem has been certified for their network, but they are just being ...

Which WExxx works on Verizon

I ordered a KuwFI WExxx on Amazon on July 5th, opting for the version that explicitly ran on Verizon network.

Today I received the package, opened it up and found a WE826-T2, and proceed to add it to my Verizon account, and I was met with the error, 'This device is not compatible with the Verizon ...

Re: MoFi issue or Verizon police? UPDATED

Rebooting, restoring and reloading with a new SIM have not worked. Originally, I assumed it was Verizon blocking the net traffic, but I hadn’t received any messages from them or other reasons to think so. I just assumed it since the router suddenly stopped working.

I’ve tried a new sim from ATT ...
