Need Suggestions for Antenna and Router Setup on Sprint

I just got a Sprint hotspot and I can connect at a decent speed at around 5-6 Mbps facing the tower. My best antenna strength is around -80. I live in a rural area. There are patches of forest between my house and the tower which is around 2 miles down the road. When in my house I connect to band 26. When I drive closer to the tower I can connect to band 25. I'm not sure if band 41 is available but I have not been able to connect to it.

I would like outdoor antenna suggestions to get the best signal possible. I would also like a router solution to share the connection with all other devices in the home. The house is 1 story about 1,500 square feet.
