Good morning! M6 Pro Imei change question. Also BAND question?

I did a search and maybe I did it wrong but couldn't find a lot of info based on my search.

I have an AXT-1800, M6 PRO unlocked. And wanted to have TMO internet I guess from what I was told, on a tablet plan so that TTL works on it.

Currently, I have a 30gb plan running on the hot spot but didnt realize because it's a flat rate plan the 30gb will just throttle. (speeds are 100/150 down 20/30 up).

I would like to have unthrottled just incase I go over. I dont usually, but seeing as I would be using it more I am sure this would happen.

I was told to change the IMEI on the M6 pro but could not find a program that can perform this magic. lol DC-unlocker doesn't work on win 11 for me. Ive tried various installs, changing VB versions and still nothing. So not sure if there is an alternative to this. I did see a massive thread on here about doing a whole bunch of things, changing firmwares etc.. but nothing directly to change just the IME.

Is there an alternative program for this? If so, any step by steps for it?

Is there a way to open all bands on the M6Pro? Or is it just one of those things that can't be unlocked or just doesnt exist on that ATT hotspot?

Any help would be appreciated.
