Taktikal 9700 takes minutes to connect....

Taktikal 9700 takes minutes to connect after being fully booted. I have multiple of the 9700s on different carriers and they all have the same issue.

Is there a ZBT firmware that can resolve this? The 2 MoFi connect immediately and they are the same base hardware (MediaTek MT7620A).
