MR1100 doesn't connect to app and has issue with the webapp

Hi I have an MR1100 that works well but some features are broken.

- The webapp is broken, I cannot see all the widgets on the home page
- The webapp firmware setting to update is also broken
- iOS or Android app doesn't recognize the device (mobile router not found)

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
