Can multiple firmwares reside on a modem ?
After a firmware reset (as part of diagnosing an issue) my EM7455 seems to be back to original Dell firmware is that possible or does a flash to generic overwrite the original ? Upon asking the modem ''at!IMPREF'' it returns that ''preferred firmware version'' does not match ''current firmware version'' . My question involves whether the ''current version'' can be reinstated as the ''preferred'' or will my RMARESET require a flash back to Generic ? It's stuck in Low Power Mode and I'm stuck too lol. Can anyone offer some clarity ? Thanks in advance
