wg1608+RM502Q-AE will not have internet unless I click on save button in Firewall

Hi All. I purchased wg1608+RM502Q-AE. I have installed GoldenOrb_2021-08-15 ( OpenWrt 21.02.0-rc3 ) on it. But I see a weird issue. I set up APN for provider, synch time with browser. It shows that everything connected but I will not get an internet . Let me explain. As soon as router loads I have no internet. Then I go to the Firewall-> Custom TLL settings and just click on save&apply without changing anything and I have fully working internet or I can click Save under Firewall-> Custom rules without changing anything.
At this point I'm not sure what cause that I don't have internet on fresh router load at all. But as soon as I click that save button under firewall even without changing anything I'm starting to have internet right away. Any thoughts or work around may be? Because I will hate every time after restart go to the router and click that save button
