EM7455 not using Band 20

EM7455 not using Band 20

Hi!
I am using a Lenovo X270 with an EM7455 (European model, generic i guess).

My provider uses LTE band3 (1800) and band 20 (800) but the EM7455 seems to only connect to band 3.
The nearest tower is a band 20 tower (my smartphone connects to this tower).

I have read you can setup which bands the device uses.
Do you think it is mandatory to do a custom configuration that the EM7455 also uses Band 3?

It is currently set to the band set "00". For my understanding this means all bands. But there is no swith to band 20
Can someone help me to modify the configuration to use LTE band3+band20 and UMTS (2100).
