Modem debug screen keeps repeating errors?

I think this is right forum, if not apologies:
TL;DR: At-Command exec window keeps spamming +CPMS, AT+CSQ, AT+QENG serving cell, AT+QCFG nwscanmode etc. Is this normal?

I have a quectel em12G and have been watching the different outputs to see if anything is wrong.
The "AT-Command Execution" output field located at [Modem > Debug Info] keeps getting spammed with the same commands the entire time the device is on, even after reboot.
I searched forum, found one person with similar issue but the topic didn't end with any answers because I think he poorly explained the issue. So, I took a video of the output in hopes that will better illustrate whats going on.
