What is RSSI vs RSRP? - Just want a yes/no confirm

Is this correct (I'm fiddling with my antennas again, just moved spots). Just want to confirm:

Rxm RSSI is the LTE signal strength (primary input)
RxD RSSI is the LTE signal strength (secondary input)
RSRQ (dB): is the signal quality

So I can ignore RxM RSRP db as these are the indoor antennas (i'm using a 2nd bypassed wifi router for indoor wifi.

This is getting me 15-22mb down with the aggregation (tower is about 5 miles away)

Thank you. Very helpful. got a little better RSRQ by moving it around (Grid type).

System mode: LTE PS state: Attached
LTE band: B41 LTE bw: 20 MHz
PCC RxM RSSI: -73 PCC RxM RSRP: -102
RSRQ (dB): -9.1
SINR (dB): 9.2

Now if I can just figure out why the modem keeps disconnecting every few seconds.
