PagePlus and NEXR5GO with Quectel

Does anyone know how to activate/have PagePlus working with NEXR5GO with Quectel EM12-G and have it working without getting SIM blocked by PagePlus? Maybe a command that needs to be sent to the modem? I had it working initially and after router reboot, they blocked the SIM. Im going on the road soon and would need this resolved.
