WE826/MC7455 with TMO SIM

So I am guessing that the party is over, for me at least. I have been using a T-Mobile SIM for almost two years. It has been used in a couple of different devices in that time. I have averaged 200-300GB's of usage per month and was getting any where from 20-60mbps download speeds.
Well a few days ago my speed dropped to 500kbps and after defaulting my WE826/MC7455 and reconfiguring, I was in the same situation. I am at 50GBs used for the month and I am being throttled to 500k. I live in a rural area, less than a mile from the tower and I can't imagine that there is any network congestion.

A user on Wireless Joint asked if I had changed my TTL but I am not seeing a setting for TTL in my router/build.

Looks like you might be throttled given you a connected to the WCDMA band (I've seen this before on AT&T)
