Ho can I handle the overheating problem with my 6450? Do I need only downgradeing it or is there more to do?

Before you go trying to load firmware to it ( which is dangerous ) don't you think you should try and find out why it is overheating?

That is good then that you did not try to reload the firmware because it was not needed and you may have put your device
in jeopardy doing so, firmware loading should always be a last resort because it is not always successful and can leave your device borked worse than it was.

then I will remove the divider pad turn the router 90 degrees and plugin an external batter with an removed internal battery for a full speed use. Or are ther some other solutions?
