NBR750 does not recognize RM502 modem

NBR750 does not recognize RM502 modem
Removed and then installed RM502 modem on NBR750. But now, the router does not see the modem. MOBILE BROADBAND INFORMATION window does not show any info about modem (Model, IMEI, Frimware..etc). I did router factory reset then re installed firmware, didn't help. I can ssh and send AT commands about router model or firmware. Any ideas?
