Netgear MR2100 (Nighthawk M2) IMEI repair?

Hi there folks, apologies for my ignorance, total noob here on the subject.

I haven't commenced tinkering yet, but just wondering if the sierrakeygen.py code that's out there, will work on the MR2100? I see in Hogwild's post, the chipset contained within, is the Qualcomm SDX50m - however, sierrakeygen.py seems to only cover the SDX55 chip?

(Planning to TLL into the router and use the 'AT!OPENLOCK' command).
