is fdt 32 or 64 bit? or both cause I have two modems with now still in bootloop again.

fdt has builds for both and build that run on either, if you are using the wrong one windows will give you an error
saying this file is not meant for this version of windows, if it does not do that then you using the correct build.

I think I need to send you two routers again.. One is not responing (its not that one you have marked as bad) and one with bootloop.

I've tested like all of the available softwares and none worked for me. Anyone found solution?

FDT has a force option the key for it is -f have you tried it? if you can't get it to load I can force load it for you remotely with other tools.
