So as the title states when the Internet dies, wired connections can still browse to each other, but the wifi/wireless connections loose the ability to browse the lan, it's like they are being served a DHCP address by the internet gateway vs the router. I do have a domain created, but it is not a DHCP server. Just a basic AD structure with DNS for PCs joined to it.
This is running Dec. Golden Orb, LEDE/ROOTer.
Cannot find anything online about this.

Nope, cannot access the router at all. Normally I can hit the web GUI. But when it goes down, I can only hit it from a wired connection.
