Changes to OTRMobile and TMobile Pink Blast Plan

Post by justpushplay »

Hello,

I was just in a tech support chat with OTR this afternoon, and I was told this right before getting disconnected for the second time:

"Just to share with you, due to changes imposed by our partner providers, by October 1, 2020, We will need to send all Pink Blast Plan customers a new SIM Card. While we apologize for the inconvenience of this change, we are happy to announce the immediate release of our new plan, The Blue Evo plan. The SIM card is free of charge and I can help you process this request today. If you choose to make this change your renewal price will change to $90 as of November 1st."

I didn't get a chance to question the rep, since we got disconnected right after. Has anyone else been told this?

Michael
