Might have jumped in too soon on a cradlepoint 850. Was planning on adding an E7565 or similar 3rd party modem. What I've realized now is that I won't be able to modify TTL, etc. I wanted to go the cradlepoint router because the sources for the WG3526, etc seem so shady and I don't really trust those devices security wise. Am I being paranoid or are there other options out there? Anyone recommend a good source fro Sierra modems? I thought I found one in my state but apparently they have to "approve" you before you can even order.

My plan is to either go with Vision mobile (Brand new VZ tower less than a mile away) or T-mobile but the t-mobile only has coverage on B71.
