Do you mean by using a POE splitter? If so yes you can do that.

Not sure about that. The potential buyer just asked if it had Poe or not. Thanks

The POE version is WG3526-P. Regular is WG3526 without POE capability. Check the router's label to see if it indicates that. I don't own one so another user could chime in and tell you the difference physically or any indication that tells you the router is POE vs regular.
