Yes I get that 4G LTE is faster but my area doesn't have real 4G LTE only 3G HSPA+. So what is the fastest that 3G HSPA+ can run at?

I just purchased and received a WE826-T which came with an Ericsson F5521gw modem sitting in the PCI-E slot. Didn't even know it would be shipped with one. My understanding is the specs on the Ericsson are
