So, I was needing the 2.4GHz to work and reflashed the device. It was originally showing both 2.4 and 5 GHz broadcasting. Once I rebooted the device now I only have 2.4GHz. This helps me a little bit, but why can't I keep both broadcasting??
Anybody had this issue and resolved it?

NEXP1GO Wireless Not Showing
I want to first thank the Wireless Joint team for getting my router up and running! The support has been phenomenal.
Sadly, I am back with one (hopefully elementary) questions. My NEXP1GO is broadcasting 5GHz with no issues whatsoever, but my 2.4 GHz isn't...

Both basically say the network is blocking you. You might want to request a new SIM and put it in the new router when you get it.
Or you may want to try to match the modems imei to the hotspot, just in case.
How do I match the IMEI? Is it an AT command or is ...

Re: NEXP1GO and EM7565 Connection Issues
SIM ICCID is identified. Under the General Information the Sierra EM7565 is still listed as Modem1, but under Provider: it always stays "connecting."

Re: NEXP1GO and EM7565 Connection Issues
I found the setting to enable LTE only and turned it on. I'm starting to really need this router to connect, so I'm going to dump a bunch of items from the DEBUG. Hopefully someone can point out the missing piece - At some point it says "SIM Failure" but is still reading the ICCID.

So, I’ve from the Chinese recovery screen I uploaded a .bin firmware and am now showing MediaTek OpenWrt.
Seeing how I was just wanting to go from telestra to generic, I feel like this is a completely different platform.
Do you mind pointing me to the firmware download that I can enter?
