Attempted to upgrade fw to R13 on NBR750 without taking the modem out. I moved the fw using SCP to /tmp/ in the router and used the QFirehose present in the router to flash, resulted in a bad flash :evil:

I tried extending the sleep from 2 minutes, to 6 minutes and then to 10 minutes. In each case, the wifi stays up unless I log in and issue the wifi down command via SSH. Is it possible to issue two wifi down commands in the same script? Something like this?

Those commands took without error. I then uncommented the script, saved it and rebooted the router. However, upon reboot the wifi is still being broadcast.
If I manually issue the "wifi down" command via SSH, I get the following output but it does stop broadcasting the wifi signal:

Turns out it was user error regarding vi. It is working as expected. I have more experience with nano so my lack of experience with vi was the issue. I I am really happy with the speeds. What do you mean by auto-update patch? Do you mean does the Voxel firmware prevent Netgear from auto-updating the device? If so, then yes, the Voxel firmware blocks updates from Netgear.

Magic allows the Orbi to appear as whatever device you told your carrier you were using for their service. Some carriers will remove your plan if you are not connecting with the device you said you were using.
