Re: WG3526 EM7565 T-MOBILE disconnecting every 3 hours
I'm in Minnesota, Band 66. It's still happening. WiFi disabled, ipv6 all disabled. T mobile prepaid unlimited. I haven't tried a different power adapter, but I kind of doubt that's the reason for this.

Re: New ZBT 5G-ready router WG1608 + GoldenOrb firmware
Thanks for the info guys - I already had the manual. I've looked through it pretty extensively to try to find an equivalent command to band lock. Have you guys been able to carrier aggregate with this modem? I have 100% signal strength, and another band available on my tower, yet carrier aggregation ...

Re: New ZBT 5G-ready router WG1608 + GoldenOrb firmware
Has anyone been able to band lock and or carrier aggregate with your rm500q? I can't seem to find the commands to do so. The modem doesn't seem to support the "band" argument with at+qcfg command.

Re: Exterior or interior mounting
Good information. Yes the 4x4 mimo doesn't allow for anything else in there.
I think due to having 6months of the year where we can't climb on top of the roof, it's going to make sense to keep the router and modem in my attic. I also get concerned about the -60F windchills we get regularly in Feb ...

Exterior or interior mounting
I'm going to be running a WG1608 router and a Quectel RM500Q-GL on TMobile (probably band 66) and I have the 4x4 MIMO 700-2700MHz antenna. It's going on top of a 20ft telescopic mast, on top of a 20ft house. I'm using LMR600 coax (4x), do you guys think it's worth installing the equipment in a ...

5G antenna options
Hi there,
I'm digging into the research here and have noticed a few 5G modems that are for sale. Do you need a special antenna for these though? For example, T Mobile's 5G n71 band is 600mhz but it's hard to find an antenna that supports that frequency. Any other considerations when it comes to 5G ...

Hi Jim,
Is this antenna going to be coming into stock soon? You mentioned mid month but I wonder if I already missed out and they sold out again. If so, do you have another ETA? Thank you

T-Mobile unlimited
Hi there,
I have DSL and I routinely rack up 3TB a month @ 25mbps. I know I can get faster download and upload speeds on a TMobile tower that's close. After reading the list of currently available unlimited prepaid plans for mobile routers, I think the Tmobile unlimited prepaid $60/mo, 100Mbps ...
