The first line in each group is the main carrier's plan, and the two additional ones are resellers (aka MVNO) of the same service usually for less but may have some restrictions.

So the T-Mobile group looks interesting.

So based on the info in the post seems like the resellers offer a better plan and price.

What would be an example of restrictions you mentioned. Also aren’t all of these resellers owned by the respective Main brand?

On Tmobile there aren't any restrictions (or too minor to mention), but on Verizon there are some speed and latency differences especially between the first two and the last line (Visible).
Verizon's own unlimited prepaid $70/mo, 40Mbps speeds, 50ms latency, deprioritized during congestion
Verizon based PagePlus $55/mo, 40Mbps speeds, 50ms latency, deprioritized during congestion
Verizon based Visible $40/mo, 5-10Mbps speeds, 100+ms latency, deprioritized during congestion
