Hi all, I'm looking to build a network using an LTE router, and have been offered an IBR900 router that's used. I've checked the usual sources and it's not clear to me if a Netcloud subscription is required to be able to use this device, or if it will work without the sub - can anyone shed any light?

The Cradlepoint routers can be used without a Netcloud subscription. The big limitation is you can not upgrade the firmware past 7.0.70. You can download the older firmware from

Can you use any after market / opensource firmware with the IBR900?
