WG3526 and MC7455B vs EM7565

Hi! I have been using an The Wireless Haven WG3526 with AT&T, initially with an EM7455B that I ordered off eBay and then flashed to a newer generic firmware. With this modem in my current location, I can get 50-60 mpbs down and 20-30 mbps up. This is what this sort of connection looks like:

RSRQ (dB): -10.9 Cell ID: 01477A16 (21461526)
SINR (dB): 14.2
I wanted to try improving my speeds, so I ordered an MC7565 from The Wireless Haven. Popping this in the router, it seems to consistently get slower speeds, and never seems to do CA. Also, AT!LTECA? works when I have the EM7455 in, but resets the modem when I run it with the MC7565.
What might be the issue here? Could it be a firmware version problem? Do I need to upgrade the MC7565?
Thank you!

Can you post the return of the AT!GSTATUS? for the EM7565. That will give everyone something to work from.

Yes. I'll do that when I get home. Has anyone heard of "AT!LTECA?" (either after or before AT!ENTERCND="A710") crashing a modem? What is the best command to determine what firmware the MC7565 is running?

AT+GMR for currently installed firmware
Do you have a copy of the AT command guide for the EM7565? If not they are available on the Sierra Wireless website.
I've not heard of any regular commands causing a crash of the modem. BUT I don't have one of them either.

Run the AT Commands post the returns:
and, xxx out your IMEI and MEID numbers, then run:

Ok, was able to run all these commands on both modems. Today, the 7565 is getting pretty good speeds on B66, which the 7455 doesn't seem to be able to use. But it wasn't doing CA until a reboot. When I do one band at a time, B66 and B4 are definitely the fastest, followed by B2 and then B12... so it would be nice to use 4 and 66 if possible! But any tips on changes I can make to improve things are welcome. Below are the results of GSTATUS, ATI, and IMPREF for both modems.
