OK, first time builder. I paired an EM 7565 with the NEXG H721 from this site, followed all instructions. Modem is recognized/present, but I can't get it to connect so not getting any internet. The SIM I am using is ATT on an unlimited plan. It is activated through an S7 and works on that phone with no issues (4G LTE). I switched the SIM into another S7 and that also was able to connect successfully. However, when I put it in the H721, it attempts to connect, then deregisters. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I tried to set the modem firmware to generic and ATT, no success. Reflashed the router firmware, no change. The modem firmware is current....with the generic version looking like it is one version old, but the ATT is current.

This topic has been addressed HERE.

I generally delete redundant posts, but will lock and leave this one visible to address the modem firmware issue.

There are very few builds or applications that require anything other than the generic firmware on a Sierra Wireless modem.
