Issue activating Sprint Sim card on CBA850 After purchase

Hi All,
Probably a common question but I didn't find it in search. I originally planned to use an ATT sim card, and did so for a few weeks. I just moved and ATT is a no go at my new address. I signed up for a Sprint hotspot plan, and had them link the new sim card to my modems IMEI. Everything sort of works except the router perpetually shows "Activating" in the Conditions column. Signal strength is good (RSSI -65dBm, SINR 3.0dB, RSRP -97dB, RSRQ -18dB).
Cradlepoint's guides say that it can take 24hrs to activate. I haven't given it that, but it has been a few. Sprint technical support shows that I am connected and believes it should be working.
Any ideas on what to try?
