I have an older CBA750B Cradlepoint with an MC400 (MC7454) that I don't use anymore. I have a mofi SIM 4 and two WE826-T2's each with an mc7455. What can I do with the cradlepoint. Id kind of like to play around with it. Can the MC7454 be installed into a WE826? Or can the MC400 be used with the mc7455 to add carrier aggregation? What about using the MC400 as a USB adapter to do......?? Looking for ideas on what I can use this hardware for other than selling or collecting dust. Thanks

Yes, the MC400 modem (MC7345) can be installed in a WE826.

You can install an OEM MC7455 within the MC400 and use it for a second modem (with dual SIM) behind a GoldenOrb router or PC.
An OEM MC7455 will not work behind the Cradlepoint as their MC7455 modems contain a special TAC number that the Cradlepoint software requires in order to use the modem.
What about using the MC400 as a USB adapter to do......??
Yes, they make great USB Modem adapters for any Mini PCI-E modems, not just Sierra Wireless.

The possibilities--when coupled with a little imagination--are endless.
