Stock MR6500 Boot Looping

Not sure if this is a good place to ask.
One day my MR6500 decided to just go into a boot loop. Tried booting with and without the AT&T Sim card but nothing works. Can't connect to the modem at all to push firmware that I got from these links.
Any help or guidance would be appreciated. The NetGear forums are no help at all.

put it in download mode and reload it, if it will not go into dl mode you will have to load it from fastboot mode.

Rich, I tired booting it to download mode and it's been like that for 24 hours.
Is there any other method? So far, I've tried booting it with AT&T sim card, no batteries, and pressing and holding power to get into download mode.
Tried that with a cross over cable and normal ethernet cable. unable to connect to the hotspot.

battery out and unplugged, from there hold the home button and do not let go of it now pop the batt in and keep holding home for 10 seconds or so or until you see "downloading" on the screen, if it wont go there then you will have to hope that one of the secure parts are not borked so it can be recovered thru fastboot mode.

When you mean the home button... I attached the image below. do you mean the image in a green circle or the blue circle?
I've been pressing the physical button on the top of the hotspot and not the touch icon of the "home" button.

The only way I can get to this screen is if I leave the battery out and plug via usb-c to to power adapter.
Is this the screen you mean? I've left this overnight in the past and hasn't done anything.
When I try your way of leaving everything unplugged then while holding the power button, install the battery; it just displays "NETGEAR" dims after a few seconds, the shows "NETGEAR" again.

In that mode it is expecting the firmware to be uploaded from your computer. Do you basically Doo the same action, bit plug it into your computer, not the power adapter.
After that you can use the fdt tool to flash new firmware to your device.
Following this guide, there is a link to a Mega folder which has all the different firmware versions. That process worked for me.

I think I got it?
Powershell and Command Prompt both got me this issue... "Failed in Checking Modem and Neither NDIS adapter nor serial port is available"

After multiple attempts and different firmware, the hotspot is still just bootlooping...
I guess my hotspot is fucked?

Seems like it, from your screenshots everything looks ok and the device is responding. The installation process did take a while, I left it plugged into the computer until it came up with the fact that it needs the battery to boot. I then unplugged, inserted the battery and all was fine.
I would install the latest MR6500 firmware for your device, that should be correct...
