Long story short, bought the calyx membership in 2022. Set it up with password and blocked reset button and touch screen settings to keep kids from messing with it.

Got starlink and didn't use for the past year. Now want to use for backup at parents house but can't find the box with info wrote down

Anyway to factory reset or change password?

Can sho proof of purchase if needed.

Most devices can be reset by holding down the reset button and plugging in the power cord.
Or holding the reset button for 30 seconds or more. The password should default to "admin", or the one printed on the sticker.

Well, on most routers/hotspots, the reset button works independently of the software settings.
You may have disabled it to prevent an accidental reset while it's working in normal mode, but during the boot-up process it should still be functioning.
Try it, you have nothing to lose.

I've tried every possible combo (battery, power cord, both).

The best I can find is shorting reset points, but can't find more info

The last resort is to boot it into boot-loader mode and flash it with the latest firmware which should reset the password.
Not sure if it's available to the public but you could Google it.
