No data after reboot until firewall reset

Hello, I have a NEXS2GO router with EM7565 modem installed. Everything is working except I have no data connection on client devices after the router boots. I can ssh into the router and ping external addresses but nothing comes back from DHCP clients on the network. For some reason, just restarting the firewall fixes the issue. Any tips to get this correct after boot without intervention?

Have you reflashed the firmware without saving settings? You can also try installing NEXP1GO firmware, I have seen the NEXP1GO or WG3526 firmware work well. They are technically the exact same router by chipsets. The firmware should be identical. If you need the NEXP1GO firmware, reach out to the wireless haven and they'll hook it up for any customer of theirs. OR you can get the base Rooter firmware for it:
