I just purchased a M6 Pro MR6550-APS, the initial FW was NTGX65_12.01.44.00 Build Date: 2023/10/17.
I scanned the opened port through USB, the ports opened are only 80 and 53. The port 5510 is closed.

Is there any means to enable telnet and repair IMEI?

Thank you! I have got telnet access without reprogramming the device.

telnet is already enabled on this model and this platform with no need to do anything to enable it
Port 5510 is open on it, whatever you used to scan ports was wrong and misread the ports, there are several other ports
open on this device and firmware then what you listed, perhaps its time for you to look for a new port scanner, there are alot of them out there that do not do a very thorough job
