mr6150 firmware

Is there a version of the mr6150 firmware out that bandlocking actually works? (i dont mind using the fdt process to load it if need be )
The normal telnet process to create band lock slots works fine on mr1100, mr5100. mr5200, mr6400 (with extra reboots and some weirdness about preventing a single 5g bands) but on the mr6150s while i can create the slots fine with the settings I want , regardless of how i tell it to use the band (telnet or via the webgui) I can't seem to get them to do it. it seems the firmware completely ignores them now. at least on the mr6400 you can block out all of 5g if you want or individual 4g bands. Because of where I live and travel to I have a need at times to keep the devices from trying to use 5g - N71 on Tmo around me is terrible compared to 4g even without CA.
is there a different way to block 5g on the mr6150s?
I have two of these mr6150s one on NTGX65_10.04.10.00, the other on NTGX65_10.04.22.00 they both act the same.
