MC7455/CBA850 Band lock being undone? SOLVED

I have two different Cradepoint CBA850s. I've tried configuring both so they'll lock on Band 13 on Visible's network. I finally got one to work (by trial and error of messing with the CBA850's config, I think anyway), but the other continues to use Band 5. When I go back into the dev console, I can see at!band has reset back to "00" (all bands) from "13". Looking at the CBA850's log, it looks like the following is where it's happening:

lte_sierra_provision_process() step:231, status:0
Fri May 26 09:32:15 2023|INFO|cp_stack_mgr|modem1: LTE Modem Plugging - msg: Setting band - status:231

In the CBA850 that is working correctly, at the same point, the following is logged:

Fri May 26 09:07:16 2023|INFO|cp_stack_mgr|INFO lte_sierra.c(1109) modem1: lte_sierra_provision_process() already at Auto, move along

Any ideas? Thanks!

UPDATE: Crap. It looks like the router that was locked on Band 13 also has somehow reset back to using all bands. Anyone have a clue on what would be causing the band on the modem to keep getting reset?

UPDATE 2: Here's some log entries when the modem gets switched from Band 13 back to 5:

Fri May 26 10:28:10 2023|INFO|WAN:9ace85d2|The cell id for the MC400LP6 (SIM1) on port modem1 is 43431440 (0x296b610)

I think I might have figured it out. In the modem configuration on CBA850 (in the Connection Manager), you can enter AT commands. So far, it looks like by adding the "at!band=13" command in this field seems to be working.

For the sake of others, follow the usual steps of creating a "band reference" using the Device Console (band 13 in my case):

atterm
at!entercnd="A710"
at!band=13,"B13",0,1000

But instead of entering the command to lock to the newly created band (and reset the modem) in the Device Console, enter the command "at!band=13" (or whatever is appropriate in your case) into the AT Config Script field in the modem settings of the WAN Interface Profile in the Connection Manager of the CBA850.
