Really messed up, ZBT-Z2101AX no boot

Heya,
Downloaded firmware found in viewtopic.php?p=27094 got it into the U-Boot mode, flashed the file, and it rebooted to a U-Boot mode.
Have it hooked up through serial right now, and trying to send the bin over X-Modem. File transfer is almost done, and holy cow is this slow.
I took a backup of the device from the OEM page, tar ball, but I am now realizing that it was an incomplete dump. I might have F-D the pooch.
Just wanting to see if anyone happened to have a dump of this modem.
