Wireless Joint

If this problem has been addressed already in the forum please forgive me. I purchased the top of the line Diamond Tier – 5G Wireless Internet WiFi System back in December 2022. I've had this problem with the system disconnecting from the modem since day one. I know it is not a signal problem because it is connected to external antennas at 90% signal. So if anybody has any answers please respond. By the way this system comes with a seperate USB external modem enclosure. I paid $700 for this setup and I shouldn't be having ANY problems.

I have the same setup and I'm not experiencing any of these problems you're describing.

The only suggestion I can recommend is make sure you are using the 4A adapter that was included separately, not the 3A adapter included with the router. This should minimize the potential of starved power on the USB3 port.
