Quectel EM160 + Mikrotik RMB11G

Dear all good morning.
My name is Maurizio and i'm writing from Italy.
Actually i'm using a Mikrotik RMB11g + MC7455 working with Rooter.
The BTS i'm connectin to was lately upgraded to 4CA.
I would like to try the EM160 modem on my setup but i've some doubts about the Antenna.
I'm using two Iskra P58 L700 because i'm at 7 km from the bts.
May i add another couple of P58 to be connected to the modem?
May i use two antennas only? Or is it mandatory to have 4 on that modem?
