Signal booster and cable type

Hello, I have bought a 4g Booster which is more like a 4g yagi antenna that is outside and that brings me 4g lte band 13 (Verizon) inside the home via a box the receives power inside and that has a panel antenna attached to it.. works pretty well but it is
not pretty as I run the cable from outside through my sliding door a bit opened and in my home. I would like to conceal the cable.
Since I don't use on the air TV, can I use the coax cable for that and substitute to the 4D-FB 50 ohms cable that is supplied with my signal booster?
I understand that my TV antenna cable uses 75 ohms RG type coax. If you wanna know why it is difficult for me to run my 4D-FB cable to my home read below.
My home is an earth sheltered dome (9 to 12" of rebar reinforced concrete under at least a meter of soil on top... up to 6m of soil).
Thanks!
I have still some LMR 400 when I used to do war driving back nearly 20 years ago but not enough for this project (the dome is standing 30ft tall)
