LBR Lost connection completely.

Has been great since I got it in February. About two weeks ago started losing internet connection. I would reset by unplugging it and it would reconnect for a while. As of Friday it will no longer connect at all. Verizon still shows it on my account but not activated and wont allow it to be. I used the sim out of my verizon hotspot. Not sure what to do.

The first part sounds like they figured out you had a non-hotspot plan in the router, then you go on to say its a hotspot plan!

I would say the SIM has gone bad.

Verizon shows the hotspot plan not activated and wont allow it to be? You may just need them to re-issue you a SIM card.

The LBR20 is on their approved devices list. Shouldn't be an issue. At the worst, get the new SIM activated in the old device, then modify the LBR20 to match the IMEI of the other device.
