Voxel and Netgear Armor

Yesterday I purchased a one year subscription for Netgear Armor. At the time the Orbi app showed me Armor was activated for a year. Today, when I open the Orbi app it has reverted back to tell me I am on trial. This is after a reboot of the Orbi. What can I do to activate the Armor again?
On the web interface Security is listed as Active, but I don't know if this will remain after the trial period.
